Fenway Park and Prudential TowerBoston, Massachusetts
As a lifelong Baltimore Orioles fan, I'm conflicted posting any image portraying any American League rival in a positive light. I have always despised the Boston Red Sox (even more than the New York Yankees), but I have always loved Fenway Park. How can any true baseball fan not love Fenway?
Shot from the relatively-new upper level seating of the oldest Major League Baseball stadium in the US.
The seating area has become known as the "Monster Seats" because they are behind the 37 foot high (11.2m) wall in left field, known as "The Green Monster." The numbers on the signs are for the Sections of the Monster Seat level of Fenway.
I'm reluctantly posting this under Architecture-Exterior, rather than Sports, where I believe it really belongs. . .

my grandfather was a huge fan of them and passed down to all of us
he used to take me to the old stadium ..was fun.
The new one is awesome.....had the pleasure to go last summer to the new one
it's amazing .had great tickets from my boss...saw Jeter play.....took some picture's .....

Yes, I must admit that the new stadium is quite impressive. I couldn't believe how many TV monitors there are all over the place, and SO many food stands! It's also a very comfortable ball park. The seats are so wide, with lots of leg room.

Thanks so much! Being on top of that wall gave me a completely different perspective on all the home runs I've seen hit over it all these years. Also, on all of the balls hit off the Monster (excuse me, Mahnstah
