Though, hopefully one of them is our very lovely lady of Compassion in Indigo, Filling in the role of our violet Star Sapphire is my good friend BDR, who is a lady of many artistic talents, which I thought I should mention because if she has a dA, I don't know about it. >.<

So, I had a bit of logistical difficulty, the first of which is glaringly obvious to any fans of the Green Lantern. I got the Star Sapphire uniform all wrong! Basically, when I started this, Neither the Star Sapphire Corps nor the Indigo Lanterns had made their real in-comic debut. As such, I had to work primarily off the War of Light prophecy spread in GL #25. If you go look at that, you can see where I was coming from with the uniforms. I actually designed it to show less skin, and be a more purple colour, but changed it to be in-line with their now canon uniforms.

My second problem was that the Indigo Lanterns STILL haven't made their appearance, so I once again went by the spread... however, a different style of outfit has been seen on a leaked image of an upcoming Indigo Lantern action figure. So what's a boy to do? I used the style of the outfit from ish 25 and the colour scheme of the figure.

My final challenge was the lines from the oaths... The Indigos don't have one yet! I decided to just use two lines from the Star Sapphire oath that, the latter of which seemed to fit the idea of compassion.
