you just resize it, well, you need all to select all the picture and resize them at the same time so it would work

you open the image, click select, click all and under the image tab click resize and select right size.

well.. when you convert the GIF into PSDs it will give you a ton of still images.. you have to gather them all and animate them to create another GIF

But out of curiousity, why convert the animation frames into separate PSD files and then putting them one by one into a 50x50? I'm a bit rusty on how PS works since I use GIMP, but I thought it's a bit easier to just open the file as a GIF and then crop what you want into a square size and then resize it to 50x50 (once you're done adjusting the levels on the layers). I dunno that's what I've been doing...

o__o Well not sure about PS but I assume it's the same principle. Either right-click the GIF and click "open with" PS or run PS and go to file>open> and select the gif.
