Description Another flogger I made. Took awhile to finally finnish. All stainless steel rings made by my self. The handle is wrapped in Stainless tubing machined to length for a nice tight fit There are 9 tails.

The Handle Is 18ga 11/64ID I Belive.. and the tails are 18ga 11/64 and 18ga 9/64 I think...
