I found this artwork by seeing another person's critique in my inbox, and decided to go ahead and write one for it, myself.
Beautiful drawing. First thing I'd like to say is that I love your art style- each color fits well together and the rougher/more sketchy edges in the picture creates a unique art style that shows you have advanced knowledge of the medium and/or bring special focus to the craft of the medium used (Which is why I gave you 5 stars for technique ;v; ).
The vision I also gave five stars for since it does reflect a certain theme and sticks with it (Though I am really unsure of how one could not have a certain theme, view or idea to their artwork).
Originality I only gave four stars for since there are many drawings of Korra in her Avatar state. The art style and way the drawing is incorporated does certainly hold its own originality, however, and you did such an amazing job at it (waybetter than I could do XD).

Impact I don't often give five stars on because it takes a lot for artwork to "move" me in some sort of ways, and this one didn't evoke strong emotions in me or make me think so much- sorry ;v;

But again- Beautiful artwork. Keep up the amazing work and keep being awesome

This piece doesn't have clean definite lines but more of a blocking style which works perfectly with the "magic" and fantasy style of this piece which gives it a feeling of mystery. Which brings me to the point of the facial expression, the face isn't trying to show any emotion which is interesting, since there is no anger or sadness behind her going into her avatar state rather a feeling of determination and justice. The background is interesting as well not really trying to show why she is using her powers but rather what using her powers feels like from her perspective. Maybe I'm reading too much into this but the way this piece shows emotion and perspective is very effective!

PS as for originality I've seen this type of piece before, so that's why I am only giving it 3 stars

First of all, I really like this piece. It gives a really strong impression of Korra as a badass. The color contrasts help with this too (background red contrasting with the blue and green elements).
I like how you handled her hair and face, they both show off your style and really suit Korra. I also like the glowing elements, they actually do seem to be shining, and overall give the piece nice energy.
Now for a few other points. While I do like her face a lot, I feel it is a little bit inconsistent with the rest of the picture in terms of shadows. Compared to well-defined arms in terms of shade, because of the lack of shadow the face looks completely flat. While I understand it's the style, maybe then the arms could be a little bit more "flat" too? Something to try perhaps. They also suffer from a little bit of anatomy issue (her left elbow). I think the only part I'd really rethink is the background elements next to her face - they are very "sketchy" and because face is well definied and focal, they jump out a bit as too sketchy. It's just a background element but it seems like you wanted to rush them out to finish the piece. Their placement, however, complements the whole picture well.
Overall, I really like the whole picture. Your Korra looks like a total badass! I look forward to seeing more of your works.

Well, you defiantly caught the bad-assery in this! To start, the line art is rough and blends into the background, which gives it a more mysterious look. Your detail, especially on the hair, is very intricate and complex. I love the lips and the hair for this. The avatar state makes her glow, sorta, and you caught the light on her body perfectly. It looks a little like she is underwater. Your coloring is great; honestly, I don't see anything bad with this. I hope you continue with you pieces and good luck improving! The rough, almost chalky painterly treatment to Korra is very unique! I could see this in an art gallery and wish more fan arts were as unique as this.
