Description
In case you can't judge for yourself, I SUCK at cities. Okay, I know there's a huge discrepency with the lighting, but just imagine that they're standing near a floodlight..or something. The background is completely different from what I had in mind to start with.Now that I've taken a second to bitch about myself, I'll be working on a second version of this with the original concept for the background. Don't ask why I didn't just do that in the first place....I'm silly.

Neat. I wonder that the robot has in mind, maybe just checking out her toe rings. Looks like she was "loitering" under a lampost(?) ...never mind. Very nice piece, I enjoyed it.

The shading on the metal is absolutely brilliant here -- well done. I love the juxtaposition between the girl and the ... man? droid? -- she's so soft and looks almost vulnerable, despite her tough expression, whereas he's most definitely hard as very old boots. And I don't think the background's bad at all, especially as it vanishes into the distance between the two; it looks very futuristic-neon-city. Nicely done.

Thank you! As for the background, I guess I'm just picky. I don't have much practice with cities, so it's not quite what I had in mind. I'll figure it out one of these days

The shading on the metalwork is so clean and crisp, the sharp lines are fantastic! I also really like the deep red detail on the eyes and gems. Great work
