Pyroland makes sense for Pinkie Pie, but that's about it. I wanted to focus on the ponies in the broadest sense, rather than pick some trivial thing and cling to it. Pinkie's not just a crazed silly pony, she's also a party planner, a gadgeteer, memorizes everypony in Ponyville and their likes and birthdays, and has instances of brilliance that even leaves Twilight stunned.
