Description
This is the fifth page of a project long-time-in-the-planning, the "chapter 2" sequel to the Rimworld Power Armour Studies I did in the summer of 2020 . Many things came in the way of this project, and after several delays I allowed myself to mostly forget about it until when master Greywind started the Hesters series of commissions. Now, after a long time spent adding details to the semi-fictional colony that would serve as its backdrop, the second chapter of the Power Armour Studies is here, featuring Tiandriel, Imperial Hypatissa and Lady Consul of House Dracondar, and her colony of Eurusium.

The fifth page showcases the ordinary imperial armours in their various stylings, which are by no means exhaustive and are intended to suggest myriad variations on the basic form. The description on the page itself sets the stage for the armour categories to follow, which classify armour suits based on how closely they adhere to the imperial system. The last two panels serve to transition between the imperial section and the non-imperial section of the gala.

While the Janissary Corps is far from the force it once was, it still commands respect as civilisation's most mobile military force. Based in specialised infantry barges of imperial flotillas, they are ever ready to drop to an operation area at a moment's notice.

PRESTIGE RECON ARMOUR (Yatagan Battalion officer)
Intended Primarily for ground operations and rapid deployment, Janissaries are rather lightly equipped and rely on surprise and initiative to maximise the effect of superior equipment. Units are usually permanently attached to a dedicated Shuttle formation.

Yatagan Battalion officer: Unit standing ready and willing, ma'am! It is an honour to stand in your presence, hypatissa.
Tia: At ease, soldier. The honour is mine.
Tia: Unfortunately, the empire cannot protect everyone, stretched thin as it is. So we nominate friends to protect the rest of civilisation.
