Description
This is the ninth page of a project long-time-in-the-planning, the "chapter 2" sequel to the Rimworld Power Armour Studies I did in the summer of 2020 . Many things came in the way of this project, and after several delays I allowed myself to mostly forget about it until when master Greywind started the Hesters series of commissions. Now, after a long time spent adding details to the semi-fictional colony that would serve as its backdrop, the second chapter of the Power Armour Studies is here, featuring Tiandriel, Imperial Hypatissa and Lady Consul of House Dracondar, and her colony of Eurusium.

Page 9 showcases the Warcaskets of Vanilla Factions Expanded: Pirates. Contrary to my belief at the start of the project, in the end the Warcaskets did not need much "headcanoning" deviations from the original description; Oskar Potocki and crew did a good job of making the descriptions flexible enough to fit most interpretations of core Rimworld lore. Tiandriel deals with the warcasket-wearer going sudden traitor with her psionics.

Comic Transcript:
The Warcasket is a pre-Silence technology that is nowadays associated mostly with pirates. These predecessors of modern power armour demand terrible sacrifices of the wearer.
In return, these suits confer protection on par with, or when retrofitted with newer tech, greater than that of the EMACS.
Originating from the UN MEC project, Warcasket exo-limbs are attached permanently to the user, much like bionics. This bypasses the joint alignment issue common to powered exoskeletons but more advanced factions usually opt for advanced bionics instead.
