Description
When I learned that the "First Half" of Season Five of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic
was fully on the air (and, that the SECOND half would be aired much, MUCH later.)

I decided to go ahead, and check the episodes out via my usual MLP Ep source.

Obviously, the first episode that I checked was the highly anticipated 100th Episode
(amusingly named "Slice of Life", which is a category type on FIMFiction.)

This episode focused primarily on certain Background Ponies
(the Mane Six appeared, but in the background, and NOT really important to the episode's plot.)

THIS episode's "Mane Six", however is:

Derpy (renamed "Muffin"),

Doctor Whooves (called simply "Doctor", here)

Lyra Heartstrings (called just "Lyra"),

Bon Bon (or, "SECRET AGENT SWEETIE DROPS"),

Vinyl Scratch,

and, Octavia Melody.

For this motivational, the focus is Derpy and Doctor Whooves.
whose character arcs (more or less) made the fan pairing of them Sorta/Kinda canon.

YEAH, there was no real romance, I know. BUT, there is some mutual attraction between them in this episode
(Doctor Whooves WAS the first pony Derpy went to when she REALLY messed up at the start of the episode.)
