Finished at last... That could be a sequel to Old Town , where some strange people (?) wander in the streets at night...Pen & Ink, tubular pen, washed ink on paper (29,7cm x 42cm).

Well, you can start by the Cthulhu mythos stories: The call of Cthulhu, At the mountains of madness, The whisperer in darkness, The shadow out of time, The dreams in the witch house, The shadow over Innsmouth and The Dunwich horror. My favorites among them are probably dreams in the witch house, whisperer in darkness and mountains of madness.

They look like the people from back during the Black Plague, with their masks and herbs and trying to make people better. But I've forgotten what they're called, so....

This piece is just amazingly beautiful. I love the shadow tones and dark, creepy setting. Those spooky houses are incredibly effectful, and the people - if that's what they are - ... I don't even know what to say.

I love this painting so much, but it took me until now to think of what to say in a comment. It's like Edward Gorey and Edgar Allan Poe had a baby, who was then tutored by C.S. Lewis and watched too much Jhonen Vasquez, then got a DeviantArt and favorited all of Neumorin's works. With some more awesomeness added on top of all that.
