Description Apophysis 2.04 beta

I made a couple images like this one, hoping they would be nice enough to print, but i didn't like the way they turned out. It would be awesome if apophysis could in the future have some sort of masking.

This is just plain cool. Zueuk does similar things, but I love the way this one seems to continue onwards I'd die to know how to produce flames that did that

what sort of script did you use for this type of fractal?

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

MichaelFaber In reply to Deborah-Valentine [2006-06-02 03:03:06 +0000 UTC]

is one necessary?

Deborah-Valentine In reply to MichaelFaber [2006-06-02 18:05:46 +0000 UTC]

i dont know? what did you do to acheive this wildness?

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

MichaelFaber In reply to Deborah-Valentine [2006-06-03 01:17:37 +0000 UTC]

Sorry if i came off rude. the whole notion that art can be created by finding some script on the internet and pressing 'run' really bugs me.

This flame, like all of mine here, were started by opening the Trasform Editor, and pressing the "New Blank Flame' button. There were no scripts, and no mutations. The shapes you see in here are mostly Julian.

Deborah-Valentine In reply to MichaelFaber [2006-06-03 06:30:07 +0000 UTC]

cool... i wasnt sure then i found a tutorial. it was not to copy you in the slightest, i have extreme dislike for plagarists or doing things the easy way. but withought some basic knowlege im sure it would have taken me several months to crate the julia pieces i just have.
