Like it very much! I also think that it does indeed portray some ideas of the descolada, the way that it has a sort of organ look to it, while at the same time looking still as a plant or machination would. Great work!

great series- have you read the parallel? I liked Ender's Shadow even better than Ender's game; Bean's character is developed phenomenally- especially since Card is writing the same story over again, yet it's still beyond readable. Along with Speaker for the Dead, Ender's Shadow is my favorite of his books...
...really great fractal too though...

I haven't read the parallel. I've thought about it, but i think i'm going to read something different for a while

Sorry . . . just had to stop and say . . . I LOVE ENDER'S GAME! Especially the later books.
*Ahem* Done now.

Excelent! The detail is great here!....it reminds me of the music im listening to that is totally messed up with a clarity that makes it profoundly original and unique...they go well together! (Electronica from 23yr old lad from Finland, aka Brothomstates...scary and beautiful!)

The Descolada from Lusitania? The Same Descolada that dominates the last two books of Orson Scott Card's Ender's Game series?
Anyway, this fractal is great. I like the flow that is disrupted and continuous. Is that the escher variation at work?

Yes, that Descolada! I'm currently about half way through Children of the Mind, so don't give anything away!
`JoelFaber added a power variable to the Escher variation. It is essentially a Julian variation with the Escher beta parameter. The variation seems to pull everything apart, just like the Descolada virus

Oh that sounds like a great addition to the variation, but the descolada virus does so much more than pull things apart........and.........okay, I won't spoil it for you.
