Apophysis 2.04 betaI made a couple images like this one, hoping they would be nice enough to print, but i didn't like the way they turned out. It would be awesome if apophysis could in the future have some sort of masking.

The details in this are awe-inspiring, to say the least. Everywhere I look, there's some cool little thing to see and linger over, and each detail is sharp and crisp and clear. The gradient really helps bring out the those details, too, by the use of black and white and grey to pick out this tiny thing or that. The icy blue keeps this image cold and hard...there's not one warm thing to see anywhere. The coldness brings to mind the vast cold reaches of space and makes me think of futuristic themes. This is so well done that all I can really do to let you know just how much I like it is to say
