Pretty much here's how it is, if you want to sprite with the Sonic advance style then understand the sprite in no way can be too detailed, from small things like rings on fingers belt buckles etc to the size of the characters chest if it's a female.

If you wish to give your character boobs that are bigger then what most Sonic characters are I suggest you stay away from the box titties (the ones with the X symbol next to it) what it does is stick out more than they should and look like balloons if they're shade incorrectly, however you can mitigate this with the P shape (The shape with the Tick next to it) the P shape makes it easier on the design and won't detract or stick out from the character overall.
Though if you really want to have bigger breasts then you can take the P shape and make it bigger by simple selecting part of the P shape from the 2 pixel that sticks out and move it up by 1 pixel which is indicated by the "PASS" (though this may cause your character to seem like they have a box in their chest) if shaded or designed right this may look better on your character then the attempt I've tried to do though I'd still strongly suggest using the P shape with the Tick next to it.

In short when spriting the chest for a sonic character that is female either:

- Expand outside the sonic advanced style
- Alter the characters size on the sprite to aid in increasing the bust size
- Or use the P shape that I have suggested and use myself on all of my Sonic Fcs/ Ocs as of so far, examples of which are here -->
