Description
Today we peek in on a little scene of domestic bliss featuring two of G.I. Joe's least favorite people. Which is a shame, because they are awesome at dinner parties and quite the Pictionary team. I imagine anyway. Also, I totally want that faucet.Related content

He does look more like he's going back to the Seventies to bar crawl for chicks!

Heh, if you can accept the nerding out, in what I recall to be a pretty good comic book (at least for the time), in the original Marvel Comics run of G.I. Joe Destro often was on good terms with the Joes. In fact by the end he wasn't a member of the team but he had broken away from Cobra and was trying to just be a (more or less) honest weapons dealer. Then Cobra Commander kidnapped and used some G.I. Joe series technology to thoroughly brainwash the Baroness into being a loyal Cobra devotee, and so Destro had to return to Cobra to do what he could for her.
Whether that sounds good or bad, trust me it is way better in the book! XD Then again at the time I was a Marvel zombie (specializing in the X-Men) and it was during the dark age of the 90s, so it wasn't exactly facing steep competition. XP Anyway, enjoying your work!

Of course I can accept the nerding out, I love it! I vaguely remember those comics, I ate up any of them with Snake-Eyes and Storm Shadow, in particular. Destro and the Baroness where always favorites as well, that arc sounds great. I was a huuuge Marvel fan at the time as well, (mostly X-men and Spiderman, but I gave pretty much every title at least a shot) though eventually I just got sick how "edgy" and "gritty"it was all getting. So many sharp edges and pony-tails. And goatees, I think?

Baroness has a point. That shirt is quite impractical. Thankfully, the war only involves red lasers, blue lasers, and knowledge, so it's OK!

Hahahahaahah! It's true, those were the three pillars of every Joe/Cobra battle. Destro knows!

Woo! Bait and switch!
Speaking of which, that seems to be your favorite form of joke, and it's also a trope. When do you plan on covering it?

Lol, it certainly is! You have to put the rug down and wait for someone to come stand on it before you can pull it out from under them. Or something, sorry for the tortured metaphor, but that's a great idea for a trope to cover! Now I have to figure out if I'll just bait it, and leave the switch out...
