In appreciation for all the support I've been given on DA. Unfortunately I don't think this will help that many people because i realize theres too much writing needed to cover this in depth. So if your more interested in my process then i should have at least accomplished something.I used a camel hair brush, but this really isn't important. You can use any brush that has pen pressure, and takes longer without pressure but still possible.

Damn it this just to hard... I really wont to make awesome painting pictures but I have so hard with colors shape and shadow on photoshop. In real it I much more easy to make. But It looks cooler on photoshop. Damn it.

This is so useful x) Lately I'm trying to draw more realistic drawings ( it's so much different then anime/manga, so many more shading is needed in my opinion) This really helped out alot, about the difference you can see some darker lines or shading here and there. But that's about it. >>; Weak for details I suppose xD Anyways I'm going to try it again, thanks once again. It really helped me out.
Just a question tho, did you used photo's or example's of humans to draw faces like this? ( It's hard for me atleast to do it without u_u; )

True this could be a tad more detailed, but I don't mind as I can quickly see what you've done without being baffled.

basically this can be summarised as

Just a thought - as you age your hair (mainly eyebrows!) grows longer and is less trimmed. Also, ears and noses grow constantly through your lifetime, hence old people have big ears and larger noses than when they were young. Necks sag a ton, too, and the jaw line would be a lot less defined. The skin underneath the chin sags as well...
Just a tip! I volunteer at an elderly home, so I'm surrounded with such things.

this is really nice, its very well explained even if you say you could've done more explaining. the fact that you have the directional lines and the face structure line in help too. i also like how you went though an aged the same face.

This is actually the first time I've heard of/seen the face divided with four lines.
I was taught to use three lines (middle of eye, bottom of nose and middle of mouth).
But this makes much more sense, so I'll be using this in the future.

3 lines still serves a good purpose, or you can even use the mouth for a 5th guideline. Whatever you prefer

Don't forget the fact that the nose and ears continue to grow, so an old man wouldn't have have a baby button nose. Besides that's awesome!
