Description
Basic Photoshop skills required (e.g Layers, able to install downloaded tones/ effects)Due to a high demand, I decided to finally bring out a tutorial on how I draw my manga 'Shadow Sprinters'
It tells almost everything I know and learnt off my own self taught experiences with manga drawing.
I'm not a professional, I merely started drawing manga pages only this year, though people still wanna know how I did it ;;;;
All I have to say is....
KEEP PRACTISING~!
I only learnt through lots of practise and analysing existing manga for inspirations XD

Great tutorial! I was mainly looking for information on using screentones in photoshop, but when I read this I was happy to find some additional information about setting scenes and introducing main characters as they were things I hadn't really thought of much outside of scripting. I'll be looking to this as I start drawing my manga. Thanks!!

I like your comparison between the grey tones and sharper blacks, and agree that the black makes it look more intense. But I also see that your manga is more of an action genre. For a romance manga, would you recommend using more greys for a softer feel? :V

I love this tutorial with all my heart. I always refer back to this, and im trying to draw a small quick manga for a club. Im so so so glad you made this, i don't even think i can explain how happy i am.
Just a quick question! Do you shrink back your pages to 425x632dp or do you leave it at the large size? Just wonderng, because i need to print it off on A5 xD

I shrink it to 700x1000 something XD But that's juts my personal preference
