If requested, I would post a color version in my scraps. Just say the word...Title is from this Emily Dickinson poem:
THE SOUL selects her own society,
Then shuts the door;
On her divine majority
Obtrude no more.
Unmoved, she notes the chariotβs pausing
At her low gate;
Unmoved, an emperor is kneeling
Upon her mat.
I βve known her from an ample nation
Choose one;
Then close the valves of her attention
Like stone.

I hear you! I'm an avid Stephen King reader with an over-active imagination and a terrible phobia of the dark. I was up until 4 a.m. last night because I had a dream that someone was pulling me off my bed by my foot (it felt so real!!) and they said, "You're just like Carrie!" very nice angle - the focus seems to be on the nose though - I would have put it on the eye or the lips... and speaking of these lips: is that my imagination or are they slightly red in this B&W picture??

Yes! I am surprised you noticed that! I put a pink/red tint on it and desaturated it almost 100% so it would have a warm granite-like feel to it. I just snapped this, holding the camera with my other hand one day about a month and a half ago. I never really meant to make a deviation of it. I was going to throw delete it when I made itblack and white. So, since it was just a random picture, trying to just snap something cool by chance, I didn't focus on a certain part, nor did I take other photos similar to this. What I got is what I got
