The first tutorial from my new tumblr weblog, askprofessor.tumblr.com . Feel free to drop by and ask any question you like!I know this one's a bit dry. A wall of text, really. But I swear I'll try to make the next one - concerning some basic tools - a bit more graphic. This one was the necessary evil.

If you are worried about us noobs not being able to keep up, don't worry about it. I would even go so far as to say you can even speed up your tuts a bit. Anyway, will be here through out your tuts. Giving feed back from the noobs perspective.

I have to watch this. I use Inkscape, and I've got some of the tricks down, but I could definitely benefit from learning some more of the ins and outs.
