Description
Panel 1 - My MMD is lagging when I use my edit and I have done everything right! (Meaning un-needed joints and physic)
Well it seems you have to many groups.
Panel 2 - Open PMDE and go to the 8th tab (GRP)
PMXE version - Open PMXE and go to the 7th tab (Display Pane)
Panel 3 - Ignore the Fac box and don't use it (PMXE users don't have this box)
You want to pay attention to the bottom left box and the box next to it.
Panel 4 - Now move down till you find one without anything in the box.
Panel 5 - Right click and click deleted.
You can also just hit "Delete" on your keyboard.
Panel 6 - Once you are done removing the un-needed groups it should look like this. 45 groups to 9 groups.
Also keep in note make sure what you are deleting before you delete it because if you delete something that has bones in it the model you want to use will mess up.
Side note - It also reduces the size of the file. 1,712 KB to 1,708 the more you remove the lower the number goes.
Panel 7 - Now you don't have any un-needed groups and some of the lag should be gone.
This will only stop some of the lagging and maybe all of it, matters on how many un-needed groups you have.
PMXE downloads –
akiiza-sama.deviantart.com/art… How to download PMXE
eoscustom3d.deviantart.com/art… English PMXE
ibozo.deviantart.com/art/PMDEd… English PMXE/PMDE in case you wanted 2 editors in one. This will make step 4 easy since you can just load in the model (The one before the model messed up) normally and just throw in the parts. Then just switch over to PMX (as seen in the picture of the link) then just save as .PMX.
If your model is still lagging then check you joints and physics - mmd3dcgparts.deviantart.com/ar…
Also make sure you remove all un-needed polygons / vertices - tehpuroisen.deviantart.com/art…

This was very helpful for me when I started using pmd/xeditor.
But still there is one thing I can't figure out.. Some models have duplicated facial group in the display and the one that isn't at the top can't be deleted. How can I do it??

First off I would like to say thank you so much, I have several edits that take 10 to 20 minutes to load up on MMD and this made it seconds. I really can not thank you enough for this. I'm flabbergasted to be honest, I really have no words. You saved my models and I appreciate that!!!!

Okay, I really need help.
I've been making a model, but I can't open it in MMD because it always crashes when I do.
I've deleted unused physics - Still crashing.
I've deleted un-needed groups - Still crashing.
I've deleted unused joints - Still crashing.
I can't find any unused vertex - STILL CRASHING..
I can't find any unused bones (because I don't know how) - STILL CRASHING..
I've even deleted the freakin hair physics YET IT STILL CRASHES ._.
I'm starting to lose hope here, is there something I can do?! ;_;

Well I have a few things I can suggest.
1. Make sure all the physics and joints are connected right.
2. Delete all the physics and joints and re-make them. -Look around DA for tutorials on how to work them-
3. Re-do the model and make sure ever part you used a clean.

No this is to reduce some of the lag and clean up the model so when you load the model up the side bar won't be filled with un-needed groups.
But it sounds like you are having a physics and joints. There is a few ways to stop the boobs from moving.
1.You can remove the skin under the clothes which will also stop any/most clipping errors.
2.You can go to the physics tab and turn the boob physics off.
3.You look at the physics on the model and removing any over lapping physics in that area you are having problems with.
Tip - When using parts/bases sometimes they won't have boob bones. So 1. Either make sure the parts you are using has the same bone. 2. Learn to rig.

Sorry for the late reply.
Did you check if it has un-needed joints and physics?
Did you remove the un-wanted polygons / vertices?
