Its really simple. But I just thought I'd post it anyway because people have issues with some read me files being gibberish.Now you can find out what the Japanese Read Me file says without worrying about breaking rules on things.

You can also set the system locale to Japanese. All it really does is automatically encode any non-Unicode (non-English) text to Japanese.

You can find encoding in Chrome by going to the drop-down menu, which should look like 3 horizontal lines stacked. Mine is located on the right side of the screen directly under the close window button or the "x." From that menu, hover over "more tools" and then select "encoding." You should be able to locate the Japanese Shift that way! ^u^

Thanks for this! You saved me so much time trying to figure out how to revert filenames!
At least 1/3 of the models I have are in this screwy language! Now I'll be able to translate them to Japanese, and then to English at long last!!
I've actually been thinking of reorganizing the folder that my models are in and arranging them with each model and any files they use getting their own individual folders. This allows me to finally do so!
