Okay, this is the story of the first season of the Mighty Morphin Nintendo Rangers.

Let's introduce the rangers to you. We have Mario, the Red Ranger, which teaches his own Miyamoto Jo style Karate along with his best friend, Luigi, the Black Ranger, which teaches Hip Hop Akido or something like that.
Next up, we have Link, the Blue Ranger, the powerful magical elf that comes up with some clever ideas to get around the enemy.
Then, we have HIS girlfriend, Seith, or Zelda in other words, the Yellow Ranger.
Of course, there is Peach, the Pink Ranger.
One day, when the entire planet Nintendo was under attack, the floating head, Pac Man summons the Retro Characters with attitude and gives them their powers. They would fight off the villans, save the day, bla bla bla, but they would go hang out at the Mushroom Kingdom juice bar afterwards.

In the meantime, a new kid shows up in town, the handsome muscular attractive ape named Donkey Kong which later gets summoned to recieve the Rare coin and would possess evil powers, hence the title of the miniseries, Green with Evil. He would fight them off a bit until they break the spell as he becomes the sixth ranger.

But, his powers would eventually wear off as the candle starts to burn out.

Sorry. This picture just felt incomplete with the most iconic morph sequence. Is it just me or is the emoticon being intentionally racist? Plus, another thing I forgot to mention, I just Photoshopped the power coins into this picture. It's really not all that difficult, compared to what I had to do with the last two pictures.
