Ness: Guys, I'm the new Ranger!

Yes, you heard it folks! I'm sorry! Banjo and Kazooie had a major injury when doing their work after Microsoft bought out Rareware so they had to leave the series.

Also, after Microsoft buying out Rareware, Nintendo seemed to have major problems so they are stuck with this terrible flop called the Retro Racer Rangers.

So, let's introduce, or reintroduce, these characters.

Turbo Ranger 1 is Donkey Kong. He gets the awesome race car.
Turbo Ranger 2 is Ness, the one kid that is annoying several times, or maybe it's just the concept. I don't have a frigate clue!
Turbo Ranger 3, Diddy Kong. Again, he gets yet ANOTHER really lame zord! I feel sorry for that poor little monkey which had to improvise, "I'm a frog."
Turbo Ranger 4, Tiny Kong, his second girlfriend, sadly gets a car almost exactly like his.
Turbo Ranger 5, Pauline, gets the awesome Porshe that splits in half.

Don't forget Captain Falcon, though, part of the intergalactic police.

So, what are the choices of passing on their torches?

Well, let's see: Okay, for Sonic the Hedgehog to acquire Donkey Kong's turbo powers is questionable, but understandable, although Sonic only rescued DK, ONCE!

Why would Diddy Kong be passing on his torch to Tails? Tails is not nearly as much of a team player as Diddy Kong. The only episode I saw Tails in is when he was "helping" Sonic with a boss fight by foolishly taking the hits for him and causing him to get hurt! He was like, "Screw Teamwork! I'm trying to win the game!"

Then, there is Tiny Kong, which did not exchange ONE WORD with Cream the Rabbit! I mean what's up with that?

Sure, Pauline was impressed by Amy's fighting prowess, but what does Pauline EVER know of Amy as a person? They don't even remotely know each other! In fact, Amy was on her way to Mobius, a neighboring planet, not the Mushroom Kingdom!

Rita Repulsa "I have a headache!"

This season just blows, well, at least the first half, anyway. So, after a filler episode where the Power Rangers get baked into a giant pizza--

Excuse me for a moment... *runs out and screams*

We get the introduction of the awesome Knuckles. When he arrived, things generally got better overtime. We also got a couple of super cars in the second half as well.
Knuckles shows up briefly as the Phantom Ranger as he helps out the Sega rangers on many of their different quests, then he disappears.

However, while the season generally sucks with cars in all that, we do have a really decent conclusion episode called "Chase into Space."

EDIT: There really was no official logo for each Ranger in this series, so I decided to use the number stickers on the hoods of each of the zords to use as symbols. Not being able to find the actual official logos detailed enough online, I decided to make exact replicas of those logos myself, especially the Blue Senturion one which actually turned out real nice. And as for the Phantom Ranger, I decided to use the ruby chest piece.
