Thank you for the tutorial. It's utterly amazing. However, I do have one question: how did you make the final product so textured?

Um, I painted the horns with a rather thick paint and used a rough brush. That way you can see the lines in the way you paint. I also painted in different layers and used three different shades of the same color to make them more epic

tip: adding hot glue around the entire thing gives it a nice texture!

Wow, your horns look awesome! And I just wanted to say that I used hot glue, but from a glue gun. That way I could cover up the edges from the cardboard

I attached them to a simple, metal headband. The horns are very light so they don't slip of or make your head hurt because they're to heavy

EPIC! This tutorial is a genius, dream come true. Β Lovelovelovelovelovelovelove! I saw it on Tumblr and had to get on DevArt and fav the hell out of it.
So simple, yet so so effective. Β They seem like they'd be quite light and easy to customize. Β I'd love to know a little more detail on the sizes that you used, just to get an idea?

I used a strap from 25cm long for the biggest circle and made them shorter for the smaller circles. They're 1,5 cm in width, but you can always change it for different outcomes! It's fun to experiment with it! How wider the strap is, how bigger the curve is going to be.Β
And the cardboard is from an ice cream box, so I don't really know how thick it is. I can only tell you that if the cardboard is too thick, you'll see the edges through the surface, if you know what I mean
I'm going to make another tutorial in the future and it's going to be a bit more explaining about this stuff ans also the paint
