Wow, you managed to make the modifications truly realistic.
For the most, the ear has a realistic lightwork that sure seems to have been studied before done.
(I luuurve it!!)
But may I guess? Ears, nose, and chin were stylized, and there's a slight color filter.
And precisely that also attracted my attention, the color scheme, it's intense and gives sense, but still very sober;the color arrangement, effects and details don't take the attention from the main topic.
