lol omg, this sounds like so much work ;_; All I do is Scan, Brightness/contrast, Voilà.

Or you can just clean the drawing before you scan and scan it at "line art" or "black and white" mode, set it to 600 dpi (equal or more than 300 dpi), set the threshold to 100, scan it, then set the Image mode to Grey Scale then set mode to RGB~

I usually just set the layer to "multiply"
