The Lazy Way to Make Screentones.

I'm horrible at screentones, and trying to learn how to use and download them I absolutely failed at. So I decided to make my own, but was too lazy to actually make my own patterns, and thus I remembered something I noticed back when I still used ms paint for dollz.

And thus this tutorial was boring.

If you're good at screentones, don't kill me, and if you're good at making tutorials don't kill me. This is my first attempt into either category.

I'm no expert. Which is why it's the lazy way. XD
