Thank you for the example. I assume other Apophysis function will not suffer because Function library now points to Functions_Aux.asc instead of Functions.asc.

The standard Functions.asc file only contains the "CalculateColors" function, that's all.
That same CalculateColors function is also part of the Functions_Aux.asc file.
So unless you've manually added some functions or procedures to the default Functions.asc file yourself, you should be ok with the Functions_Aux.asc file.
