While one the phone:
1. I was doodling stuff, some triquetras and double triquetras*
2. Then single-lined valknuts
3. Then I wondered if I could draw some "double valknut" too...
4. I started drawing and this strange shape appeared.
This was not *at all* what I expected , it looks a bit like a valknut that started a mitosis.

I though that the shape was interesting nonetheless, so I made a cleaner version.

* double triquetra: single-line design, same as what you can see on the top image here , where a normal triquetra + a double one are interlaced.
