Sped it up just a bit to make it looks smoother, and edited in a bunch of colour/blur enhancements and stuff that I've done with most of my recent uploads.Just looks nicer overall, and since I wanted to upload it to YouTube too I figured I should fix it.
I didn't even draw it in anything close to HD quality, which is kinda annoying, but it was my very first one so I guess that's fine. Pleased that I did it without any reference help though.
The next DB one will be higher quality and should include accurate shading and decent lines etc.
For now, just a few edits.

I really like how you do the electricity, in both this and with Pikachu. I always just draw plain zigzags.
