More SAI, this time Jigglypuff. I use her in every Smash Bros. game so far, and seeing as though I did Ivysaur I figured I'd do her too. I also tried using her in Fire Red recently but her moveset is pretty terrible.She's never happy.

She's mad because not only she was nerfed in Brawl, she wasn't part of the Subspace story and she was in Smash Bros since the beginning.

Here's the thing, they put in Jigglypuff because they couldn't get Pit to work in the original, so technically Jigglypuff is a clone character to substitute someone who didn't get in.

Wrong. Jigglypuff was in the original because she shared similarities to Kirby so it was easier to model a character and she was given animations similar to Kirby although that's where the similarites end. Also she was a popular character in the anime much like Pikachu and Meowth.

Well, one of the smash episodes of did you know gaming said it was because in the original, they couldn't figure out how to do Pit's wings in polygons. So they did Jigglypuff instead.
