The story is in InkBunny. In short, Dr.Zander circumcised the kitten. This unethical fetish of his will bring about Zander's fate.
You might arm yourself with a map of El Minya ,Egypt, a city along the nile. Moyomongoose forgot to provide one, tho he did verbally describe a lot of streets, buildings, etc., so the map can be used to track the action.
