Description
For extra effect, visit sad trombone immediately after reading this comic.Request: A disco dreadnought trying to impress some females with his moves and failing miserably due to his inflexible body, then getting consoled. There were also continued requests for 40k women outside of daemonettes and sisters of battle (even flatteringly, specifically for commissar Raege).
Another artist actually did this before me with a better disconought and an awesome "Sister of Boogie" so its worth finding that if you can. I just felt like doing it also.

Commissar Raege's last panel seems a little out of character for the near genderless commissar, but then again, this is a gag more than a story issue.

This was very much in the early days of Raeges creation, and very much a gag strips so yes, her reaction is a little out of character. However, despite her genderlessness, Raege does have and attraction to simplicity and brutality. The eversors are basically this in human form.

The disco lights in place of the Groovenaught's multi-launcher definitely complete it - it's one of those lovely little details which turn a generic figure into a definite character.
