I just realized something, are past or "current" Raege on a first name basis with anyone besides Fucklaw, I don't think so... and has she ever met anyone besides her father who refered to her a "Conrad" as opposed to "mam, Raege, Commissar, or Connie"?

Probably because she has a very punkish look in this illustration. An unnecessary zipper here or there, maybe a chain and she'd be right proper punk. She doesn't look all that athletic which is what I'd assume you were going for. It's hard to notice the stripes of the pants.
