Excellent stuff...and i'm beginning to like Levy more and more. Good to see Raege's younger years plotted out a bit more too.

Well that was wonderfully descriptive, and you made excellent use of place pics to enhance the feel of the page and give the reader a more direct window into the story.
Overall a solid read.

Mercifully you say, HAH.
This story was and is a wonderful glimpse into what your characters behave, think, feel like for a bit of a longer glimpse than a few pages at a time. Its A wonderful sight, I gotta say. I really loved this story, because I adore both the Raege and Levy characters, seeing them interact? Hell Yes The pictures were great to guide the imagination. You really know how to catch what I had in my head almost exactly though~ Even when it came to Ranc, like you plucked the image outta my head! All in all, a great thing these six.
(tl;dr Raege! Yay! Ranc! Yaaay! Levy! Eee! )

Glad you like it! The interaction was something I really wanted to establish the groundwork of. That and showing that levy is capable of doing his job.

Finally, a hint to the relationship that these two have always had and always eluded me. Also, Cafeterium is the best 40k word in existence. I like the contrast between Levy's fancy duds and Conrad's burlap sack. Levy seems a few shells short of a shoota, and, if in movie form and the script author did not have complete casting control, I could see his character being leapt upon by that horrible JD. Also, nice work on the simple cell shading.

Levy is actually one of the sanest character I have he's just a rambler. Its one of his tactics. You'll notice in the story, his manner has her so confused that she stops being angry.
JD?

The age he's at now, Ian MacKellan with some age reduction may work better.

Huh. I get the feeling that the very best, most loyal of the Imperium's troops come from those most harshly wounded by Chaos' gentle caress.

I don't know if chaos was involved here. Just heresy. But I suspose that is in itself a toucch of chaos.

Maybe I assumed too much, but the mention of warpfire and mind control definitely had the whiff of full blown chaos and not just heresy.
