Description
I took another swing at Amy's character design. I've begun to fear that I've gotten TOO complex in my style, to the extent that I'm afraid the whole thing might come off as too hard-edged, which is not what I want. So I simplified the linework slightly, made it a little bolder, made Amy look a hair younger and more cartoony - softer, perhaps - and then added a color test. I'm hoping not to color this comic myself because I'm not really satisfied with my own coloring style, which works for 6-Commando but might not work for Lift. I have interest from some quarters, but it being a long-term project I'm not sure how patient they'll be with me as I take all this time with design development. I may not even use the simple style - maybe I'm being paranoid or losing confidence in myself unnecessarily.

Anyway. Just another stage in the process. I've gotten some pages sketched out and am beginning to refine things towards a draft of the first chapter (with a prologue). We'll see how it goes.
