Well, what the hell. I've been working really hard on my summer project, titled "Lift," and so I thought I'd throw up the first couple of pages. It's just lineart and no dialogue (yet) but it shows the style I'm reaching for. When i have no weekly deadline to meet, it's both frustrating and liberating at the same time: frustrating because it gives me the time to look so intensely at a page that it takes forever to finish, and liberating because i can really go nuts with it in a way that weekly compromise sometimes prevents. No idea what, if anything, will become of this comic. But hey.

Just to show you I'm not off the map altogether. Yet.
