Vision β Alright so, What I feel that the artist is trying to convey in this piece of work is a "joyful family on a white Christmas".
Originality β A lot of people do "Pokemon Christmas themed art" so what is important is that you want yours to be different than the rest, rather than the "social norm".
In this piece Misterploxy goes with a more family typed scenario, with the Gardevoir (wife), and the 2 Ralts (children), to show that the family was a "Family" he shows the family having smiles upon their faces.
The man with the Gallade's arm, hanging back taking in the scene of his family enjoying themselves, and if one were to study long enough the head is tilted upwards almost looking towards the sky, perhaps reminiscing in how he got to have such a great family.
Next I want to show how Ploxy showed that this even relates to Christmas besides his description: The Gardevoir is wearing a Santa suit on top of her dress, as well as a Santa hat giving signals to that the family does celebrate Christmas, and in which most Christmas's do invoke a joyful emotion which is what I see in here.
The green grassy ornamental is often what you will see during Christmas time as well.
Technique β Now as we move on to the technique I want to point out how the snow is done. Snow being a difficult, but also yet simple thing to portray since it can be done in many ways. The snow on the ground had some serious time taken to do, as since this is a winter theme, that snow would be a major critical point to keep it in the same level of skill as with the characters. I'm going to assume that the snow was used with a different coloring method than the characters, perhaps the artist when outside his comfort zone and did something new.
What is also important here are the small details that not many people take into account for such as the snow on top of the windows the house, or the very subtle lighting over "PTP Day Care".
The snowball that Gardevoir is levitating, there are some small shapes with a low opacity around it to show that the snowball is going in circles, perhaps to pack more snow into it.
Impact β As for the impact, this is a more of simple strait forwards feel, that it is obvious what the artist wants the viewer to feel.
1) The author wants us to feel that joyful that Christmas is here.
2) Perhaps we should spend time with our relatives and have fun with them, out in the snow or if you live in a tropical area such as myself go to the beach or movies.
Summary: Overall I enjoyed it, the man reminds me of a Fanfiction I read when I was younger called "The Man with the Gallade's arm"(Rated M). It's nice to see how someone can evoke emotion in a person, and perhaps this critique will make someone else look back and think about their happy times with their family.
Side Note: I'm not 100% sure of this cause my screen is dirty, but I believe that the Ralts are able to see their own breath, which is what the Ralts on the far right is looking at.

Forgive me for the unprofessional review but I'm not well versed in art jargen XD but HOLY HELL this is awesome! I'm really not sure where to start, the colors are fantastic and give the piece a sense of depth and beauty, the characters pop and look almost alive! Good ol' Ikaros is having a ball building a snowman, and Tristan is doing the same thing I'd do and try to stay as warm as possilbe XD but Tj and Billy (the cute little ralts babies) look so cute I wanna eat em up! I'm a sucker for a winter setting too XD all in all excellent work Senpai! It was well worth the wait!

A few people in an art stream said due to the breeder's preferences it stand for "People Touching Pokemon" but that just sounds dirty!
