I'm stuck at number twelve. I do the fold but what then?

You do the valley fold shown on each dotted line (one side is shown as #13), and that's it. The middle should then sit up.

So the top to fold just aren't folding into it? And is the middle supposed to stay together?(mine doesn't)

I'm sorry, I don't understand the first part of your question, but no, the middle doesn't stay together. If your paper is stiff enough and creased well it will hold well enough Or you can put a little bit of glue in there to hold it if you want to.

The top to corners I was wondering if you folded them inward to keep them together. A lot of origami has you fold the corners in. Oh but thank you.
