Garrus usually opts out of spending the full night in Veronica Shepard's quarters. (Early on in their relationship.) So Veronica gets revenge anyway she can, including planting a kiss on his cheek when everyone else is around.That'll teach him!
Tali, Kelly, and Kasumi all approve of this. Legion doesn't understand this. And Grunt is getting revenge on Jacob for staring at Battlemaster.
