Times like that happen. I've been going through something like you describe (off and on) for about 5 years now... jesus christ! it's like hell... and then... not... and then is... and then not.. ugh...

I think you are right. there is such a bond! It's true apparently in the animal kingdom too...especially among the apes... elephants and larger animals.
