Description Huntington Beach nightclub, now torn down. This was shot the year before, or the summer before in 1985.

Lots of famous people played there and now it's gone. I found these old negs and just scanned them.

They may go to scraps later because they are really just documents.

I wish those walls were still there! Here in the USA, we tend to tear down our history.

i really love these two, seriously, i've been meaning to favorite them for ages now from my list. i think what caught me about them is your everlasting passion (if i can call it that?) towards music, especially jazz/blues etc.. your photographs of musicians and music or any representation towards music has such sophistication and free expression to it. i love it all so much!

You bowled my over! Thanks so much. I feel that music and musicians are mostly underpaid, under-appreciated (unless they are in that rare air of the top tiny 100th of a percent). It takes so much dedication, skill, practice, training, endurance, etc to do good music. It's crazy the way we treat our musicians ... really it is.
