I don't think it will work. Twilight still has a long way to go before she can become a teacher on the same level as Celestia. And even so, Twilight establishing her own school would cause competition between her school and Celestia's. (Chances are, other graduates of Celestia's school didn't establish schools of their own.)
(...Unless Twilight's school is a branch of Celestia's. That would work.)

(I doubt Twilight has the experience she needs. Plus, the fact that her OCD sometimes makes her go crazy wouldn't make her a good teacher(if one of her students did something that could get her concerned, that is).)

naw, now, from the room look, for her bedroom its "huge" but that could just be a "framing issue" because while the room seems large only a small part of it is actually used by her, everything seems to be pushed up against one wall and such... again we don't see a 360 of her room, it might just be a small single, or a 4 bedroom dorm, we don't know.
Outside the house has 2 "Greek columns" infront, a lean to Pegasus architecture, with stone steps and stonework on the lower part of the house followed by more traditional "ponyville" style wood grass for the 2nd floor.

Twilight is more of the University professor/inventor/Einstein, Cheerilee is your average public school teacher. But none of the CMC would have known what twilight was teaching about if it weren't for Cheerilee.
