This is Yuri Kwon from the Korean Pop group SNSD (she's my favourite member).

I've been turned on lately after watching SNSD's damn sexy dance MV's, and after looking as some awesome portraits on DA, so I felt like taking another shot at doing one myself. And personally, I think I've improved heaps after taking special care into refining the smooth look (it's quite new to me since I'm a lot more used to crosshatching).

She took my roughly 15 hours using 2H, HB, 2B, 4B and 6B to draw (reference photo at [link] ). I tried to draw as accurately as I could, but in the end, the eyes are a tad small and the nose is a bit out of shape (and of course many other differences) but at least it's unmistakable Yuri. The hair was the most boring and annoying part because it was pretty much flat colouring in >.< us Asians and out black hair...
