my point was just that things like that don't always last forever. the other person said that you can't pray away a mental illness, but God has helped me overcome a lot of things that i thought i would never overcome. and even if i haven't overcome some things completely yet, i'm making way better progress than i ever could have hoped.
a lot of people are quick to doubt God's power. i've experienced a lot of it in my life and feel it's important to share / talk about.

Excuse me, but you can't use God to take away mental illness. Mental illnesses are most likely semi permanent structures, you can improve them but you can't just get rid of them. That's physically impossible. Your illness is built into your brain, literally.

why do people keep responding to that one minor point i made? did no one notice the REST of that comment or what? i don't care what's "PHYSICALLY" impossible. through God ALL things are possible. He may not always choose to have everything happen a certain way but it's POSSIBLE. and no you can't "use" God to take away mental illness because you can't "use" God at all, that's not how God works. the thing is you can't "pray away" mental illness. if someone prays for someone who has a chronic mental illness, such as depression, it wont go away. that's what meds are for.
Overcoming something ie: feeling sad, lonely, etc =/= overcoming a mental illness. Period.
If the symptoms go away you don't have a mental illness.

mental illness is an ongoing problem, but God is greater than our problems. all things are possible through God.
not all things will be done by God, but all things can be done by God.
we may go through things for a time - maybe a really long time - but if we have faith, God can make it work out. God helped make the best of a lot of things that were wrong in my life. and not just the things i mentioned before, either, but other things that were also going on at the time. (i really, really don't want to explain what those things were, just know that there was a lot going on.) it felt like God was ignoring me, but in reality, God heard my prayers the entire time - and He did answer me, He just answered in a different way than i was expecting.
and yes, medication can help.

Some people don't have the courage to stand up for themselves. You can't label them as weak, you don't even know what they went through! Bullying is a serious topic especialy in the United States. They are people like you and me getting tormented everyday until they can't take it anymore. If you were in there place, how would you feel? Alone? Scared? That's what they are feeling at this moment. And if you still don't give a fuck then you must be very ignorant of other people's feelings or you have no heart.

Well...the victim may not able to take strongly as you would thought...they may get upset and hurt and end themselves.It depends on the person.If I was bullied,I would either threaten to report them or just say okay then and walk away.If you're overreacting and exaggerating,that is annoying.But those who are actually hurt,do think of them.

Sometimes they can't stand up for themselves because they're afraid of what might happen to them possibly due to other things that happened during their childhood.
If you even have any friends I feel sorry for them because if they get hurt by someone in a way and don't know how to fix it and you're just there like "Stop being such a fucking faggot and get over it you pussy" That wouldn't fucking help anything.
Being bullied doesn't fucking feel good but as I said not all of us can stand up to them because no one will listen and if we even try to confront them we will be knocked down and not them.
Bulling may be wrong but suicide is also not the answer, We should teach kids to not bully but we need to also teach them to not commit suicid because it's horribly wrong.

I can't help but admire your lack of... what's the word? Lack of political correctness, maybe? I'm not really agree with this stamp, bullying (i talk about school-bullying) is a serious thing, and some victims couldn't defend themself againstΒ those who hurt them, personnally, i care about this subject because it was enough silenced compared to the other subjects, i'm sorry to say that, but if people feel free to talk about a lot of things, why nobody should free to talk about this also?
However, those who using this or "being abused" to be disgusting towards the other, i don't care for them.
And in my country, we have waitingΒ for years that this subject is finally treated, explained, before that, nobody cared about this.
