You should try making your own textures. Whilst your planet does look mostly realistic, it is still easily identified as being recycled portions of the Earth.

Its a really cool outer space simulator.
you can zoom off to distant stars and planets, and even have add-ons from Star Trek and Babylon-5 and stuff.
I used it early on as a "I'm using this to take pictures of statues in a journalism" type way.
I'm still kinda doing that, but not really.

hmm, it wasnt all bad, luckily ive made backups of alot of my stuff, but all the programms are gone, i just managed to find my Photoshop disc, the rest are somewhere in the "big ole box'o disks", gotta find them....grr ( the box is about 1 by 1 meter and full....yea....lots of discs....dont ask why lol

Hmm... generally I don't like desaturating my planets because then when you colour it the colour looks too uniform throughout... also, I can never find big earth textures, where do you get them?
