Great perspective here. I love the thick application of paint. You can see the texture in the clouds

A fresh painting of a fresh memory! At least this is the feeling I get when I look at it...
I love the way you make such simple objects (like the road sign) look interesting...

Interesting composition, Nancy, when the structure of wall, the coarsenes and smoothness are separated with anisochronous vertical line and with intimated perspective. The road is absent namely gives a space to giddiness from highs as to wind, who is coming from behind the painting. The big segmentation on forms, if forget the concrete place, with near-wink an eye I see of the basic abstract composition too and the feeling agree to me!

Thank you, dear Nancy, for nice words!I am working every day permanently out in the land. When I slip over me stuff, so I draw but. I am well!
I am long time stared your painting and meditated, what write, that this wasn't only compliment. I always striving in it. I'm not critic, only one thankful admirer. I'd could not criticize nor' child. Why those unwillingly drawings are equally beautiful how a masterwork. I'd maybe wasn't good teacher. I think, that too mistakes are originally. Driest are too perfect paintings. But it is of course only my modest opinion.

Dear Nancy, I want to tell you again how much I enjoy this painting - it is like something from a dream! After the child's mother picked up the portrait, I dreamed that I was in Finland and was able to run in a beautiful and strong way - it was a wonderful feeling! I ran through the woods and into a house - on the right side of the inside of the house there was a fresh dusting of snow. Your Fresh Memory paintings are like that - there is light and movement, but no sound; something special is happening, that is clear!!!
All the best to you on this lovely day, my friend!

Oh Nancy! This is such a fresh lovely and happy painting. The light and colour is just great. The subject again is so ordinary but u always make everything so wonderful. An ordinary traffic sign and the laundry flying in the wind adds so much more interest in the painting. It is a fav for me.

I love how you fill in the laundry! I think it were washingtowels for the kitchen perhaps (is that English?) and certainly no beach towels! But who's interested in the truth anyway?! Thanks for going into the painting!
