Nick has excellent bedside manner.

I played through the whole of Dead Centre just looking for when Ellis uses panel one's profanity... but the way I remembered it isn't the way he reacts in the elevator, which was the only time I could find him swearing like that. *le sigh* Played the whole campaign. Didn't die though and they seem to have updated it so that if you go down, it isn't immediately game over. It used to be that it'd be back to the beginning if that happened.

Also, going through the levels to find Coaches healing dialogues, I guess I never noticed (read: too distracted by zombies killing me) to realise that their attitude when they take to the first aid increases in confidence. DC they're all "I'm not sure what I'm doing here" "Stay still, or I might screw this up." Except for Nick, who's like "Let Dr. Nick fix you up" what? In The Parish, they sound like they're used to it. "Hold still while I heal you."

"Hold still while I wrap this clear plastic tape around an arm and an ankle, that should help keep your intestines in."

P.S. I'm so lucky they put The Passing in between DC and Dark Carnival (thx, ~Mahkia !), cos my story still kinda works... I feel sorry for the L4D1 chara's... they've been dealing with the zombies for a month or so now, game time.
