A bit of critique here, maybe you should first show the traffic officer (the girl) first in front view, then when the conversation begins the girl kind of walks off while the focus is going to Linda and Robert crossing the road. It'll show more emphasis on the role reversal.

Maybe have a short scene of the traffic officer blowing a whistle and showing the stop sign up close before focusing on the entire scene.

Heh, they are just petty background characters, their gender doesn't need to be right Anyways, next scene there is two boys in there, so I'm kinda balancing out the first couple of background kids with an equal number of genders.

Lip-syncing sucks, and I talk from experience. Not that bad once you get use to vowels and stuff though
